Drones for agriculture

The importance of drones in agriculture is growing day by day resulting in significant changes especially in the field of precision farming. Starting from the simplest tasks of measurement of agricultural land and fences to monitoring missions of the soil aimed to evaluate the quality, the presence of pests and fungal infestations that can not be detected except a manual sample inspection that require much time and lack precision.

Agriculture Drones are giving farmers new possibilities to increase productivity, avoid big crops damage at the same time reducing the amount of water and fertilizers needed. The Drones for precision agriculture can be used for biological pest control, for example, to spread on cornfields of small cellulose capsules containing the eggs of insects that counteract the spread of a moth that can destroy entire crops. All our UAV drones are remote-controlled and equipped with  GPS with autonomous waypoints  navigation systems. They can support thermal cameras, multispectral and hyperspectral working in NDIV bands, NIR, RED-EDGE and THERMAL.

Drones for agriculture and research

Professional Multirotors can keep track of animals in their natural habitats, monitor the status of rainforests and even combat crime by detecting poachers through monitoring with APR systems equipped with thermal imaging cameras and infrared sensors of a night vision.

Scientific Research with drones for meteorology

Professional Drones equipped with barometers and other sensors  transmit a collected data to the central ground station allowing to measure quality of atmosphere and anticipate weather alerts. Currently meteorologists use radars, satellites and balloons to capture data at various levels of the atmosphere and expect to have more precise results with the use of UAV systems. In the future, small autonomous unmanned aircraft can be widely used to measure the lower atmosphere giving weather forecasts and alerts much more in advance allowing preventive interventions that can save lives.

All our drones for photogrammetry like X-Cam 700 and Explorer 800 are equipped with GPS tracking systems and are able to fly autonomously and acquire geotagged photos in high resolution.

X-Cam 700 has about 30 minutes flight autonomy  versus 40 minutes of Explorer 800  a waterproof structure resistant to rain. Both drones for architectural survey are equipped with live video transmission systems on land and have removable or foldable structures that enable easy transport in appropriate flycases.
