1. Before purchasing DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew, make sure that DJI Care Enterprise Plus associated with your product is still within the validity period and that the amount of coverage remaining is at least 30% (excluding the shared amount).
2. To ensure normal service, DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or geographical area, and the service is only available in the country or geographical area where DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew was purchased.
3. When damage occurs, you can send the product and affected components to the DJI Repair Center for testing. If the damage is within the coverage limit, the system will deduct the amount according to the test result.
